To come up with a fitter shape, Nadia practices a balanced diet and regular exercises. She said in an interview, “Well, I would say then diet and exercise are very important. I try not to eat a lot. I take a glass of milk in breakfast, in lunch I take a (roti) because I get so hungry at lunch time while at night i try to eat half (roti) and in between I take green tea, nuts but I try not to eat junk food, beside this I exercise three days a week in gym, I do classes of Pilates twice a week and once boxing.”

Any diet secrets? “I don’t have a secret diet,” she said. “When I have to reduce weight, i cut down on my carbs like rice and roti and I increase the raw vegetable intake. I spoon my food and exercise very regularly.”
