According to Mrinalini, she’s a workout freak, and she visits daily at the gym. She told Idiva, “I’m a regular at the gym— I start by doing a 10-minute warm up on the treadmill, followed by full-body circuit training. I focus a lot on my back and legs. A regular workout makes sure that no fat accumulates on my body and having a well-toned legs means no cellulite. Simple things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, window shopping and doing housework keeps me fit.”

For her diet, she revealed, “I consider myself a complete foodie, but I eat only the right food. Breakfast is a couple of paranthas with butter, lunch comprises chappatis, dal, vegetables, rice and curd. Dinner is just fruits.” She added that she has some fitness strength. “I have the ability to control myself when it comes to my fitness,” she said. “Eating out is limited to one or two days a week. I have no qualms about eating boiled vegetables because that is what keeps me healthy.”
