Morris Lamont Chestnut is an American actor. He was born on January 1, 1969 in Cerritos, California, United States. The husband of Pam Byse, he is the father of two kids namely Paige Chestnut and Grant Chestnut. He first appeared on screen in the year 1990, portraying a significant role on the show Freddy’s Nightmares. He then became prominent when he was cast on the TV series Out All Night from 1992 to 1993. From 1997 to 1998, he also became more remakrable when he was seen on C-16: FBI. Presently, he acts as Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr. on the TV series Rosewood.
To come up with a ripped physique, Morris trained with personal trainer Obi Obadik. According to Obi in one of his interviews, “I was hired to train Hollywood Actor Morris Chestnut to get him in the best shape of his life for the one of the leading roles in the new Universal Pictures movie, ‘The Best Man 2’ reprising the role of professional football player Lance Sullivan.”
Now what is his specific fitness program to Morris and his other trainees? Here’s what he said in a separate interview: “I will put that person on a weight training regimen at least four days a week and try to hit every body part at least once a week. The diet would be a 40/40/20 diet and 12 to 14 calories per pound. I would have them doing least 30 minutes of cardio four days a week.” Wow, so that is why Morris is in such a great shape!
