In the year 2013, she finished 11th on the World Weightlifting Championships. She participated the World Weightlifting Championships in the year 2014 and finished 10th. She soon finished 4th at the 2014 Pan American Championships.

Following a healthy and balanced diet is always Morgan’s goal. She said in an interview, “For lunch I had a spicy chicken with broccoli, blueberries, dried cranberries, and walnuts. I follow a nutrient timing diet, Renaissance Periodization.”

She added, “If I’m not training, I’m recovering–whether it is eating, rolling out with softballs or foam rollers, massages, and working with personal trainers, or yoga. Usually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have three training sessions, and one training session on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and Sundays are off. It depends on the cycle of how long my training sessions are, but on training days, I usually have a squat workout, an easy warm-up workout for technique, and then a heavy training session each day that lasts three hours.”
