Molly Sims - CelebHealthy_comMolly Sims is an American model and actress born on May 25, 1973 in Murray, Kentucky. In the midst of her studies when she was 19, she decided to drop out from Vanderbilt University to pursue a modeling career. Though her parents were against her decision, they eventually supported her in the long run. As her career went through, she became one of the highlights of some top selling fashion magazines like Vogue, Elle, and Madame Figaro. She also appeared on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2006. Delving more into the world of modeling, she also appeared on television and print-ads, endorsing some of the prominent fashion lines such as Victoria’s Secret, Nautica, Chanel, and Armani. Molly soon realized that she wanted to explore more on acting, so when an opportunity to appear on screen as an actress came in the year 2000, she didn’t hesitate to accept it. Her first screen appearance was in House of Style where she came as a host. In 2004, her first big screen happened when she was cast in Starsky & Hutch. She got series of acting roles after her first few appearances, and lately she was seen in the The Carrie Diaries.

Being fit and strong and not just being curvy is important for Molly, that’s why she stays active by hiking, attending to Yoga classes at least once or twice a week, and performing Pilates. Here’s what she said about her love for hiking, Pilates, and Yoga: “I got sick of being on a treadmill, so I go hiking with my dogs. I do Pilates – it’s really about lengthening your body and not building up your muscle – and then yoga once or twice a week.”

As for her diet, she usually consumes foods that contain more protein. More importantly, she always makes it sure to eat balanced and nutritious foods.
