American actress and model Mircea Monroe was born on November 28, 1982 in St. Louis, Missouri. She grew up in the South Pacific islands of Fiji and the Solomon Islands. In 2004, she started to appear on screen, particularly on big screen, when she was included in the list of cast for the action crime thriller film Cellular alongside Chris Evans, Kim Basinger, and several other stars. The following year, she was cast on various films including All Souls Day, Pterodactyl, Just Friends, and House of the Dead 2. She then portrayed several parts both on television and film afterwards, including 2010 flick The 41-Year-Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad About It by which she played as Sarah. This year, she is starred on the comedy film Dumbbells, playing the role Kim Hertz.
During her interview with Naluda Magazine, Mircea stated that she often hits the gym, although doing it is against her will most of the time. “I can’t stand working out,” she expressed. “Like, really really really don’t like those first few steps of getting to the gym. However, there is no better feeling than the completion.”
When it comes to diet, she said, “I don’t diet. Period. But I love taking care of my body. It feels good to eat well and once you make it a lifestyle, it’s easy.”
