He is famous for being the lead vocalist and the founder of the English rock band “The Rolling Stones”. Born to Basil Fanshaweand Eva Ensley Mary, he was raised into a middle-class family. For over 50 years, his career in the music industry has lived in a successful phase. He even made a name for himself and was widely recognized as “one of the most popular and influential frontmen in the history of rock & roll”. In 1989, he became part of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as well as in the 2004 UK Music Hall of Fame.

At 71, Sir Mick is still incredibly fit. And that’s because he always takes good care of his body. “I think I’ve been lucky with my genes, but I carefully look after my body and mind,” he said in an interview. He stays active by swimming, kickboxing, cycling, and even attending ballet lessons and Yoga classes.

Other than that, he claimed that he has no vices. He also loves to gobble healthy foods like fresh fruits, especially avocados. In particular, he’s a healthy eater.
