Michelle Sung Wie is an American professional golfer. She was born on October 11, 1989 in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States to parents Bo Wie and Byung-wook Wie. A product of Stanford University, she also attended school at Punahou School. When she was 10 years old, she became notable for being the youngest player to qualify for a USGA amateur championship. Apart from that, she also became the youngest winner of the U.S. Women’s Amateur Public Links and the youngest to qualify for a LPGA Tour event. It was in the year 2005 when she became a professional golfer.
Michelle is known for her gluten-free diet practice. In one of her interviews, she admitted, “I am allergic to everything in this world, I don’t really digest food very well… so I just thought maybe if I cut out gluten, I can feel better because I heard that it causes inflammation, everything… but it’s been week three and I feel a big difference.”
As for her exercises, Michelle works out regularly at the gym. In fact, she even worked with her trainer Paul Gange and physical therapist Gray Cook, particularly doing strength and power training. See, that’s how she rocks her bod!
