Michelle Bridges - celebhealthy_comMichelle Bridges is an Australian personal trainer, author, and TV personality. She was born on October 20, 1970 in Newcastle, Australia. Known for being the trainer on the Australian version of “The Biggest Loser”, she had her first appearance in the second season, particularly in 2007, by which she was able to train the red team together with Jillian Michaels. A product of Nelson Bay, New South Wales, she also had appearances on Mornings with Kerri-Anne as women’s health and fitness expert.

In one of her interviews, Michelle was asked on how she stays motivated when it comes to fitness, and here’s what she said: “I actually avoid trying to be motivated to exercise, preferring to just get on with it. None of us can stay motivated all the time, so it’s not something I rely on – I just get my runners on and get out of the door! My mantra is ‘don’t think – just do!'”

Now what’s her diet like? “I love well prepared nutritious food either at home or in a good restaurant,” she shared. “I’m very careful with my daily calorie allowance and I’m not one to waste it on calorie dense junk. Like most girls, there are some occasions that demand chocolate, although that’s become a rare indulgence for me lately.”
