When it comes to exercises, Michael said in an interview, “I do something every day, usually swimming or training with a group of friends with a personal trainer. Keeping up with my kids means there’s a lot of unplanned exercise, although it’s slightly less intense than when I was training for the Olympics!”

For his diet, he shared, “After years of a strict diet, these days I like to mix things up. Yesterday I was in Bali on a family holiday, so I probably shouldn’t say what I ate! It’s now all about balance for me and the occasional beer is a must.”
