Michael Hooper - celebhealthy_comMichael Hooper is an Australian rugby union player. He was born on October 29, 1991 in Collaroy, Australia. The son of David Hooper and Raeleen Hooper, he currently plays for the Waratahs in Super Rugby, the North Harbour Rays in the National Rugby Championship and the national rugby side the Wallabies. During his junior year, he played at the Manly Roos together with other Wallabies such as George Smith. He started his international career in the year 2012.

Michael is known to be a very disciplined person when it comes to fitness. Of course as a rugby player, he stays active at all times. “Nowadays, I come out of games physically better because I’m conditioned for the demands of top-level rugby,” he shared in an interview. “Holding my strength used to be difficult, but I’ve mastered the tools to carry and improve it.”

According to him, what he usually performs are Bulgarian squats, Suspension press-ups, leg deadlift, and using Rollout barbell. As for his diet, he said, “I prefer this breakfast to a protein shake because it gives me more energy.” He also incorporates protein in his diet. “This really helps me beat off the aches,” he said. “I have one after each gym session to feed the muscles.”
