Michael regularly trains in order to stay fit thanks to his wife who constantly joins him working out. When he was interviewed by the Daily Mail, he said he’s always inspired to work out because of his wife’s motivation. “We do some sessions together and it doesn’t matter if we’re running, boxing, if we’re doing cross-fit or Pilates – she’s a hard worker,” he said.
Not only that. The Aussie cricketer also said that his wife also influences him when it comes to healthy and proper diet. He said, “I can’t believe how disciplined she is with her diet.” Well, it really helps a lot when someone you love inspires you to be healthy, right?
