She was born on June 24, 1967 in San Francisco, California, United States. The wife of Kristoff St. John, she is the mother of Julian St. John and Paris St. John. She attended college at California State University, Northridge and eventually earned a degree in psychology. She was 29 years old when she decided to pursue professional boxing. She started off on February 14, 1997 and since then, her career became successful.

Mia obviously has a knock-out body. What’s her workout routine? In one of her interviews, she said she usually resorts to lunges and crunches when working out. According to her,  “Lunges and crunches help tone abs, thighs and glutes. By adding punches to lower body workouts, you’ll also be working arms and back, making a full-body workout in less time.”

When it comes to diet, her advice was: “Stock your refrigerator with perishable foods to eliminate much salt, fat and added chemicals found in processed and canned foods. And drink water throughout the day to get rid of toxins and flush the system, keeping your body healthy and hydrated.”
