Born on June 19, 1978 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mia Maestro is a well-known Argentine actress, singer, and songwriter. She was first seen on big screen in the year 1998 when she was starred in the film Tango and particularly showed the world how great she dances. The following year, she was seen portraying a significant role in The Venice Project and eventually land a role in Timecode. In the year 2000, she played roles in three different films which include Picking Up the Pieces, El Astillero, and For Love or Country: The Arturo Sandoval Story. She later on became even more prominent when she was ranked number 61 in Stuff magazine’s “100 Sexiest Women”. Because of the said recognition, she was greatly noticed by the fashion world and was eventually highlighted in Playboy magazine’s 2002 edition. Just recently, she was seen being highlighted in Neil LaBute’s play called Some Girl(s).
Mia has always had a habit of regularly visiting the gym and sweating her body out. “I go to the gym, a lot,” she explained in one of her interviews. “I change a lot ’cause I get bored. I swim; I do trapeze. I did a play in New York this summer and I did a little bit of trapeze in it, and I fell in love with it. I have a teacher. We hang out on the trapeze.”
Not only that. She’s also a conscious eater. She practices portion control diet and maintains a healthy lifestyle.
