Melissa Jane Doyle is an Australian television presenter, author, and personality. She was born on February 10, 1970 in Sydney, Australia. A product of Charles Sturt University wherein she focused on communications, she also studied at a private school called Pymble Ladies’ College. It was in the year 1990 when she became a part of WIN Television’s Canberra bureau which earned her an opportunity to work as a news anchor and general reporter in Prime Television. These days, she continues to become a notable anchorwoman.
Melissa has lost some pounds recently and everyone is getting thrilled to know how she did it. According to her, it’s not about diet. It’s about exercises. “It’s taken me years to realise diets don’t work,” she told WHO Magazine. “I’ve finally learnt what works best for me.”
She said she usually just spends 30 minutes a day doing lots of exercises. She explained, “It’s much easier to squeeze 30 minutes of exercise into a busy day than knowing an hour is out of the question so skipping it altogether.” See? It’s all just about working your body and squeezing out those unnecessary fats!
