Meghna Naidu - celebHealthy_comIndian actress and dancer Meghna Naidu was born on the 19th of September 1980 in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The daughter of Ethiraj and Purnima, she officially started her acting career in the year 2002, particularly playing significant roles on Telugu films Prudhvi Narayana and Vendi Mabbulu. It was the start of her booming career as a big screen actress. Nowadays, she is considered as one among the successful and talented actresses in India.

When asked about her fitness regimen, Meghna answered, “I try and work out at least six days a week when I am in Mumbai. Of late, I’ve taken a liking to ‘Hot Yoga’ and think it’s something that everyone should try out. It helps me lose inches, improves my skin and helps me focus better. Currently, I am off cardio vascular exercises due to a knee injury, but I weight train at least thrice a week. I stick to light weights and do more repetitions.”

For her diet, she shared, “I start the day with water. That is followed by tea with milk. Breakfast includes eggs and bread. On days that I’m a vegetarian beakfast is poha or idli. Later in the day I have a fruit and some juice or coconut water. Lunch includes roti, dal, chicken curry and salads. In the evening I have tea and biscuits or a sandwich. Dinner comprises tandoori chicken or fish with salad or on vegetarian days roti, dal and subzi.”
