Megan Gale - CelebHealthy_comMegan Kate Gale is an Australian model and actress born on August 7, 1975 in Perth, Western Australia. She started to be seriously involved in modeling when she was 18 where she basically joined and won a modeling competition. She eventually got involved in various modeling projects for over several years until she was hired to appear in commercials for Omnitel or Vodafone Italy, an Italian telecommunications company. She appeared for over seven years in the said advertisement. Other than appearing in Omnitel ads, she also modeled for various fashion designers including Gai Mattiolo, Kirrily Johnston, Genny, Colette Dinnigan, Alex Perry, Willow, and Gianfranco Ferré. Later on, she tried her luck in acting and was eventually cast on various Italian films including Bodyguards – Guardie del corpo, Stregata Dalla Luna, and Vacanze di Natale. In addition, she also became a reporter for the travel TV program Getaway.

So how does she stay fit and what is her usual exercise routine? “It depends on how busy I am and how much travel is involved,” she told Vogue Australia. “In an ideal world I’d work out four to five times a week and that could be anything depending on what I’m feeling like. I love to exercise outdoors and I’d love to run a couple of times a week, have at least one or two yoga or Pilates classes. It’s really good to mix things up.”

When it comes to diet, she shared, “I try and use organic produce as much as possible. It’s hard when you’re on the go staying in hotels, but you adapt as best you can. My summer and winter diets are different. It’s all very healthy and plentiful, but in summer I tend to eat a lot of fruit and graze on dates, nuts and salads. In winter it’s more about roast veggies and organic meats and soups and wholewheat pasta.”
