American actress and model Megan Fox was born in Memphis, Tennessee on May 16, 1986 to Gloria Darlene and Franklin Thomas Fox. It was in 2001 that Fox,at 15, had her first break with the film Holiday in the Sun and In 2004, Fox made her film debut in the movie Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen as she played the role of Carla Santini, a rival of Lola which was played by Lindsay Lohan.
Fox’s biggest break came along as she played the role of Mikaela Banes for the movie Transformers in 2007 wherein she got nominated for the 2008 MTV Movie Award reakthrough performance. Aside from Fox’s alluring beauty, she’s also known for her toned enviable body that makes guys go loco and women go crazy to have it.
After giving birth to her baby, Fox went back on track in keeping up with her figure. She did the same exercises she had with her trainer only that the program they used had some changes that will suit her limitations and specific needs.

“The workouts we did are like all of my other Five Factor workouts. They are five phases: a minimum five minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five minute cool down. We tried to have her do minimal impact. Post-baby there shouldn’t be a lot of jumping up and down. ”
