Maximilian Paul Diarmuid Irons, better known as Max Irons, is a British-Irish actor and model. He was born on October 17, 1985 in Camden, London. He is a graduate of Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2008. During the start of his acting career, he worked as a bartender at the same time. His first acting role happened in the year 2004 when he played the role Curtain Call Boy in the drama film Being Julia. In 2009, he portrayed as Tom in Unrequited Love and also played as Lucius in Dorian Gray. In 2011, he had a significant role in Catherine Hardwicke’s Red Riding Hood as well as in the TV drama series The Runaway. Just recently, he had his big break when he portrayed as Jared Howe in the movie romantic science fiction thriller The Host alongside Saoirse Ronan and Jake Abel. He also had his appearances in the TV series The White Queen. Currently, he appears in movies Posh and The Devil’s Harvest.
Prior to filming The Host, Max prepared his body physically by going to the gym and doing workouts six days a week. His workout mostly consists of weight training.
When it comes to diet, he mostly consumes foods loaded with proteins. He also eats vegetables and always sees to it that he’s eating foods with less carbohydrates.
