When asked in one of his interviews as of how he stays fit, he said, “I do set-based workouts at the gym in my condo building and not so much cardio, because I can’t memorize while my head is bobbing up and down. With my iPad, I’m memorizing my dialogue between weightlifting sets. I have a two-day split regimen: chest and tri’s (triceps) one day and back and bi’s next. Four exercises for the chest, then arms, and finish with abs. I want to work the muscles, want the cells to break and rebuild, do as much as I can within 50 minutes.”

No what’s his typical diet? “I’m very regimented,” he explained. “It’s all about protein. Every morning I eat a couple of burritos. Midmorning is a protein drink, to make sure the muscles don’t dissolve off my body, and nibbling on red or yellow peppers with hummus. Lunch is what the catering truck brings. I’ll snack up till the end of day. Sometimes the lunch and a snack will get me through. Most times, I’m not hungry. I get that out of the way with breakfast and lunch and snacks.”
