American actor Matthew Jerome Barr, known famously as Matt Barr, was born on February 14, 1984 in Allen, Texas, USA to Mike Barr and DeDe Barr. When Matt was still in High School, he used to portray significant roles in the theater program in Allen High School where he studied. In 2003, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his desire to act. Not making a bad decision, he earned his first screen appearance in the medical drama TV series ER. Eventually, it led him to have more opportunities as he appeared on some notable films such as Ten Inch Hero, Protecting the King, and Parkland.
Nowadays, the actor appears in his oh-so-gorgeous and hunky physique and people are getting curious as to how he achieved a body that ensembles like a Greek God’s. The secret behind? Well, it’s all just about working out for an hour in the gym and constantly following his usual workout regimen. According to the actor when he was once interviewed, “I definitely take care of my body, not so much for how I look, but I just like the feel of exercising, and being healthy, and having energy. That’s why I workout all the time.”
When asked about his eating habits, the actor admitted that he can’t really fight his cravings and he doesn’t want to. “Food is a huge passion of mine,” said Matt. “And because I want to eat whatever I want, I run every morning, and then I do weights a few times a week. It’s just how I can balance eating pancakes in the morning, a big burger for lunch, and then a fat steak and cheesecake at night.” Well, at least he’s paying the price of it and works out excessively to counteract his not-so-healthy diet practices.
