American actress Mary-Louise Parker was born on August 2, 1964 in Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The beautiful daughter of Caroline Louise and John Morgan Parker is best known for her acting performances in films and TV programs. Born with a Swedish, Scottish, English, Irish, Dutch, and German ancestry, it is no wonder why she grew up with beautiful features. While growing, she already had a penchant for acting–the reason why she went to North Carolina School of the Arts and took drama as her major. She started to appear on screen in the year 1988 when she was cast in the TV soap opera Ryan’s Hope. By then, she eventually appeared on different TV programs such as Too Young the Hero, A Place for Annie, The West Wing, Angels in America, Miracle Run, Weeds, and The Robber Bride. She also took part in several movies such as Naked in New York, The Client, The Five Senses, The Quality of Mercy, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, RED, and many others.
Mary-Louise is not much of a fan of exercises although she sometimes finds time doing it whenever she’s not busy. However, to keep an amazing shape, she eats healthy foods. In one of her interviews, she said she’s a huge fan of avocados. “Avocado is the perfect food,” she shared. “It’s so substantial. So rich. There’s something sensual about an avocado. You peel it and then you have to scoop out the rest and kind of lick it. Avocado makes everything better. A burger. A sandwich. It’s support. It just backs everything up.” She also added, “I’ll settle for a perfectly ripe avocado with a little salt and lime. If you told me I had to eat the same 12 foods for the rest of my life, I’d be fine.”
