Martha Hunt is an American fashion model. She was born on January 1, 1989 in Wilson, North Carolina, United States. She started to do modeling jobs after she was discovered by a certain photographer when she was in in Charlotte, North Carolina. The said photographer later on introduced her to several modeling agencies in New York. In 2007, she walked in the runway for the first time, particularly at the Paris Fashion Week. All throughout her career, she was able to grace the runways and endorse several designers including Christopher Kane, Carolina Herrera, Diane Von Furstenberg, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Stella McCartney, Ralph Lauren, Prada, and a lot more.
So what’s her workout routine? According to her when she was interviewed by Harpers Bazaar, “I am working out everyday, and I don’t do too much cardio.”
In particular, she goes to Brooklyn Bodyburn. She said, “I go to Brooklyn Bodyburn, it’s similar to SLT (Strengthen Lengthen Tone). You use a megaformer machine, similar to a reformer machine in Pilates— there’s two platforms and a moving carriage between them with a bunch of different resistance springs that you change. So, you’re holding yourself up the whole time and switching the resistance. It’s amazing and I love that it’s close to where I live—I used to spend so much going in and out of the city to workout. Now that it’s here I just ride my bike there, do the class, and I’m done.” Wow, seems interesting enough to come up with a beautiful shape. Why don’t we try it for a while?
