American TV host and actor Mario Lopez, Jr. was born in San Diego, California on October 10, 1973 to Mario Lopez, Sr. and Elvia. He studied in Chula Vista High School and graduated in 1991. Growing up, Mario was already enthusiastic about appearing in televisions, which made him determined to pursue it. Luckily in 1984 he was given a break and made his first TV appearance in the comedy series a.k.a. Pablo. Mario also appeared in the famous TV show Dancing with the Stars and started hosting for the first time on the reality TV series Name Your Adventure. Currently he is the host of the popular reality talent show The X Factor.
As very evident, Mario looks insanely hot and gorgeous not only because of his naturally beautiful face but also because of his well-maintained sculpted built. He says he has always loved and enjoyed spending time in a gym where he can focus on supersets, interval training, and ab work. According to him, “If you enjoy what you’re doing, you’re motivated to perform at a much higher level.”
But, it seems like many people nowadays find working out a bit demanding. What can he say about this? “Have a variety in workout exercises. That way you will never feel boredom and will definitely gain more,” he advises.
And what about his diet regimen? Well, Mario has none of it. He admits that he’s a certified foodie and he always loves to it. This is actually part of the reason why he’s working out really hard so as to burn more calories.
