Born on September 21, 1983 in Columbus, Ohio, Margaret Grace Denig, famously known as Maggie Grace, is an American actress who greatly considers her mother as a huge inspiration. She played the role of Martha Moxley in 2002s television film “Murder in Greenwich”, which nominated her for Young Artist Award. She appeared in some television series including “CSI: Miami”, “The Lyon’s Den”, and “Miracles”. In 2004 – 2010, she was Shannon Rutherford in “Lost” and in 2013 she portrayed the character of Faith in “Californication”. Maggie successfully caught the attention of the audience when she efficiently delivered her character in 2008s “Taken” and 2012 “Taken 2” as Kim Mills, the daughter of Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) and Lenore (Famke Janssen); and “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” (2011) and “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2” (2012) as Irina.
Maggie does yoga, with Matthew Reyes as her instructor. Yoga’s dolphin pose contributes a lot to tone her shoulders, triceps, and abs, usually held for 15 to 45 seconds, for two repetitions with a short rest in between sets.
When asked about what she eats, she said in one of her interviews, “I’m better the month before a film, as far as not eating so much sugar. I can’t give up caffeine. I tried once and I was completely miserable. I drink massive amounts of tea. It’s an emotional ritual; I’ve been drinking it with my parents since I was little.”
