Logan Wade Lerman is an American actor best known for his screen appearances when he was a child. He was born on January 19, 1992 in Beverly Hills, California to Jewish parents Lisa and Larry Lerman. When he was a child, he was already a big fan of movies. He started to audition for roles in the 1990s and when he got hired, his first job was portraying roles for TV commercials. He had his first big screen role portrayal when he was cast in the American historical war film The Patriot where he was able to work with Mel Gibson and the late actor Heath Ledger. The said film gave him widespread recognition as he was nominated for the Young Artist Award for Best Ensemble in a Feature Film. Soon after, he was cast for various films including Riding in Cars with Boys, A Painted House, The Butterfly Effect, and many others. In 2004, he played the role in Bobby McCallister in the TV series Jack & Bobby and eventually had his big break in 2010 when he was cast for a main role Percy Jackson in Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. The said film had a sequel called Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters which was aired in 2013. Meanwhile he also played a major role in high-grossing films The Three Musketeers and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
As very obvious, Logan already appears pretty attractive at a young age. And it’s all because he follows a healthy lifestyle. In the action movie The Three Musketeers where he needs to do some fighting stunts, he was required to train using fighting techniques. “It was a lot of training,” Logan said. “It was very intimidating to go out and portray a very skilled fighter and swordsman. I just wanted to be very prepared, so I trained a lot.”
We do not know anything about his diet yet. But we have an idea that he’s incorporating healthy foods on his menu.
