Lindy Booth, a Canadian actress, was born on April 2, 1979 in Oakville, Ontario. A student of T. A. Blakelock High School, she graduated in the year 1998 before she decided to pursue acting. Her first screen appearance happened right after she graduated when she was cast for a role on the television film Mr. Music. The same year, she was cast on the TV series Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension, particularly playing the role Carrie Taylor for over 15 episodes. In 1999, she became part of the science fiction drama series Psi Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal, playing the part Gloria. She had series of role appearances after her first successful performances on screen and these include roles on TV series Odyssey 5, Hollywood North, CSI: NY, October Road, Kick-Ass 2, and several others.
So how does the hot actress maintain her skinny and super fabulous figure? Well, according to her, she just usually spends time running. And she usually listens to music whenever she’s doing it. “This sounds geeky, but when I run, I like to listen to musicals like Les Miserables. The soundtracks are 75 minutes or longer, and I keep going until the story ends, so it feels like a good workout,” she explained.
When it comes to her diet, she shared, “For breakfast, I make an amazing protein shake with fruit, Greek yogurt, protein powder, flaxseed oil and honey. It’s a nice way to get a healthy start and a little bit of sweetness, too.” Sounds yummy and really healthy!
