Australian actor Lincoln Clay Lewis was born on October 24, 1987 in Brisbane, Australia. The son of Wally Lewis and Jacqueline Lewis, he is a product of St. Anthony’s Catholic Primary School in Alexandra Hills and Carmel Catholic College in Thornlands. He started to appear on screen as an actor in the year 2003 when he was cast on The Sleepover Club in various episodes. In 2005, he played a role on big screen for the first time when he was cast as Theo on the film Aquamarine. The same year, he was also seen on Voodoo Lagoon. In 2007, he experienced his breakthrough when he was featured as Geoff Campbell on the TV series Home and Away. Also, he had appearances on Dancing with the Stars Season 9.
Lincoln is apparently fit and strong thanks to his regular workout session at Entertainment Quarter’s Holistic Fitness Gym. What’s his workout schedule like? “We do about two hours a day, sometimes more, without allowing too much rest in between sessions,” his daily whip cracker Cameron Mercer said in an interview.
Normally, his gym session is about major muscle training. Other then gymming, Lincoln also spends time swimming and surfing– which are both great exercises as well.
