Liam James Payne was born on 29th of August 1993 in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England to parents Karen and Geoff Payne. He is a renowned singer famous for being a member of the pop boy band “One Direction”. Growing up with a huge passion for sports, Liam used to train for boxing lessons. He started to get noticed when he performed at the Wolverhampton Wanderers football match in front of 26,000 people. In 2008, he joined the 5th series of the reality talent competition The X Factor. He was 14 years old at that time. Though he made it to the judges’ house, Simon Cowell thought Liam was not yet ready, so he was asked to come back two years after, which he did. That time around though, he was able to make an impression and eventually became more popular because of being a “One Direction” member.
So how does Lian keep his body fit? According to his instructor Noel Gaughan, “When I was with him recently, he went all day on just coffee and Kit Kats– five days in a row. He said he didn’t want to feel full when he wasn’t exercising. That’s all he allowed himself. Liam’s got his own gym which he showed me around. It’s amazing. He even showed me his six-pack – and when he hugged me I could really feel his muscles.”
When it comes to his diet, he’s a certified healthy eater. In fact, he’s a lover of veggies and he always completes his day with his protein shakes.
