Lexi Thompson, originally Alexis Thompson, is an American professional golfer who plays on the LPGA Tour. She was born on February 10, 1995 in Coral Springs, Florida, United States. She was 12 years old when she became the youngest golfer ever to qualify to play in the U.S. Women’s Open. In June 2010, she turned professional at the age of 15. It was on September 18, 2011 when she set a new record as the youngest-ever winner of an LPGA tournament. And when she turned 16, she attained success when she brought home her win from the Navistar LPGA Classic.
When Lexi was interviewed by Fab Fit Fun, she shared her typical workout routine. “I really enjoy working the lower body with exercises like lunge walks with weights or squats on the bosu ball,” she said. “I try to get some cardio and core work in. I usually work out six days a week.”
When asked about her diet, she said she always keeps an eye on what she’s eating. “Off the course I make sure to watch what I eat (unless it’s a cheat meal of pizza after a big win!),” she expressed.
