He was born on December 30, 1984 in Akron, Ohio. He was raised by her single mother Gloria Marie James and although his childhood seemed to be hard– moving places to places while his mother struggled to find a constant job, his perseverance in life remained. While he was younger, he participated the Amateur Athletic Union and played for the Northeast Ohio Shooting Stars. And while attending school at a private institution named St. Vincent–St. Mary High School, he was included in the school’s basketball team and averaged at least averaged 21 points and 6 rebounds per game. In 2003, he was drafted the number one pick in the NBA and was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers. He eventually rose to famedom and was regarded as one of the best forwards in the league. In 2010, he became a member of the Miami Heat and was able to help bring the NBA championship to the team in the year 2012 and 2013.

Apart from playing basketball almost every day, LeBron spends time at the gym doing different workouts which include push-ups, pull-ups, dumbbell snatch, dumbbell squats, bench presses, lat pull-downs, shoulder presses, and a lot more. No wonder why his body becomes even more ripped than before.

For his diet, he usually consumes fresh fruits and vegetables as well as foods loaded with protein. He also increases his water intake in order to be fully hydrated.
