Leann Rimes, now LeAnn Rimes Cibrian, was born on August 28, 1982 in Jackson, Mississippi to parents Wilbur Rimes and Belinda Butler. She is widely recognized as a famous country and pop singer. She started singing at the tender age of two because of his father’s musical influence. Growing up, she competed local singing contests and first won at the age of five. At seven, she was able to perform at the Dallas Cowboys games and the National Cutting Horse Championships in Fort Worth and sang the “The Star-Spangled Banner”. In 1983, she made a name when she won the Star Search singing competition. And by 11, she had launched her first album called “All That” which was produced by her father at Norman Petty’s studio in Clovis. Eventually in 1996, she recorded an album called “Blue” which sold 123,000 copies during the first week. Currently she is happily married to actor Eddie Cibrian.
Leann is not just a talented singer. She’s also the one with a great bod. How does she do it? Well, according to her, she regularly pays visit to the gym and does boxing together with her fitness coach Michael Jackson. “Going to the gym and punching out some of my aggression on a pair of mitts has been a lifesaver,” she said. “It really did make me feel better and kind of saved me.” Other than that, she also resorts to Yoga and other cardio exercises.
And her diet? “I was working out so hard that I didn’t want to ruin it by eating crap,” she explained. “I usually eat a bowl of oatmeal with agave nectar, dried cherries, and walnuts in the morning.” In addition, she also drinks protein shake right after hitting the gym.
