Léa Hélène Seydoux-Fornier de Clausonne, famously known as Léa Seydoux, is a French actress born on July 1, 1985 in Paris, France to businessman Henri Seydoux and philanthropist Valérie Schlumberger. When she was still a child, she wanted to become an opera singer, and because of this desire, she enrolled at the Conservatoire de Paris. But she grew up shy and she eventually quit training at the Conservatoire. It was when she turned 13 when she decided to pursue acting. Eventually in 2006, she had her first acting performance and played the role Aurore in Mes copines. In 2008, she became noticeable when she was cast in the French drama TV film The Beautiful Person. Soon after her impressive performance in the said TV film, she gained several acting projects which include the films Inglourious Basterds, Belle Épine, Midnight in Paris, Blue Is the Warmest Colour, and Grand Central. Becoming more and more successful in the industry, she also earned several awards and recognition which made her become one of the most successful actresses in show business.
Known as a celebrity with a slender body, she credits everything to her dedication to workout. She is known to be working out with her fitness trainer. Other than working her body at the gym, she also finds time swimming as well as roller skating.
She doesn’t practice any special type of diet, and she admits that she’s a foodie. But of course, she keeps everything in moderation.
