She has siblings namely Lucie Kay Florack, Hudson Luthringshausen, and Thibault Florack. In the year 2011, she created her channel and eventually earned fame. Apart from vlogging, she was also seen presenting shows on red carpet.

Lauren is a healthy eater. Here’s what she shared in an interview about what her diet looks like: “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Yes, you’ve heard it a million times, but it’s true. Breakfast gives your metabolism a kick start and gets your brain moving, too. For breakfast, I like to opt for greek yogurt, granola, and fruit, a healthy breakfast sandwich, or an omelet. When you’re eating eggs in the morning try egg whites instead of the whole thing. For a breakfast sandwich, try whole grain bread or a flat bread to cut down on the excessive carbs. Put a lean meat on your sandwich for protein, not a greasy one. Having some fruit and nuts on the side are always good or save them for a snack in between meals. My favorite breakfast sandwich is whole grain bread, egg whites, cheese, and ham. My favorite yogurt is Chobani vanilla greek yogurt, plain granola  and some Agave syrup..”

What about her snacks? “I usually don’t make it from lunch till dinner which is totally okay,” she said. “Having more small meals during the day is better for you. For a snack I tend to just have some of my favorite fruits. Fruits always satisfy my cravings and get me really full. Sometimes I’ll even make a protein shake with my Perfect Fit protein and try out different recipes.”
