American professional wrestler and actor Kurt Steven Angle was born on December 9, 1968. At the age of seven, he was already practicing wrestling. A student of Mt. Lebanon High School, he was once a varsity player who particularly participated in football and wrestling games. While studying college at Clarion University of Pennsylvania, he continued to do wrestling, competing for amateur level games and even won the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I championship twice. He continued to do the said sport after completing his college degree and eventually bagged the FILA Wrestling World Championships award in 1995. In 1996, he participated the Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). He was also noted for his appearances on Pittsburgh’s local Fox affiliate WPGH-TV wherein he worked as a sportscaster. Other than wrestling, he also appeared as an actor in a number of films and TV programs such as on Dylan Dog: Dead of Night, Pro Wrestlers vs Zombies, Chains, and several others.
As a wrestler, Kurt is expected to indulge on extreme and serious workouts. He usually follows a schedule when it comes to his workout routine. Every day, he performs various exercises like bench presses, triceps presses, dips, kickbacks, calf raises, military presses, pushdowns, and many other exercises.
For his diet, he’s practicing a high protein, low carb with moderate fat diet. He usually eats chicken breasts, oatmeal, egg whites, and salad.
