Kimberley Walsh - CelebHealthy_comKimberley Jane Walsh was born on November 20, 1981 in Bradford, England to parents John and Diane Walsh. She is a well-known pop singer, songwriter, actress, model, dancer, and TV presenter. She started her acting career when she was still a child and portrayed a role in a George for ASDA advertisement together with her sister Sally. She also starred as the young Cosette in the Les Misérables regional production. Growing up with a serious inclination to music, she decided to try to pursue singing career by auditioning the British talent show TV series Popstars The Rivals in 2002 where she sang the song “Where Do Broken hearts Go”. Later on in the competition, she was able to successfully take a place along with her co-competitors Sara Harding, Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, and Nicola Roberts. Together, they formed a band and were able to have 20 Top 10 singles. In 2009, the girls decided to take a break. Eventually, she was highlighted in the New Look’s Autumn/Winter collection and later on became the presenter of the TV show Suck My Pop.

When Kimberley was asked about her favorite fitness regimen, she said she likes free weights. “I like free weights because they help with toning and it always gives me instant satisfaction.” In addition, she said exercise is already a part of her system. “I’ve grown to enjoy exercising. I was never one for PE at school, however I did like to go to dance classes for years but I was never the kind of girl to go to the gym. When I was approached by Puma to be a fitness ambassador for their BodyTrain range it encouraged me to workout. It’s now been over 2 years and I now love working out. It gives me energy and it allows me to eat what I like.”

When asked about her diet, she said, “I eat healthy food and I avoid processed food. However I believe that you should have days where you eat what you want though and you should never starve yourself of something that you want. For me it’s important to have a great balance and know that Wagamama’s every now and then isn’t going to hurt you.”
