Kenny Chesney, originally Kenneth Arnold Chesney, is an American country music singer and songwriter. He was born on March 26, 1968 in Knoxville, Tennessee, United State. Throughout his career, he has recorded 15 albums, nine of which have been certified gold or higher by the RIAA. Other than that, he has also produced more than thirty Top 10 singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts. Some of the songs that made him popular were “Wild Child”, “American Kids”, “Me & You”, and several others.
Kenny apparently boasts a fit and ripped physique. What’s the secret? Like any other celebrities, does he also spend enormous time at the gym, performing grueling workouts? Well, here’s what he revealed in one of his interviews: he hates gym. He said, “I’ve always hated it. I dread it. I’ll walk into the gym knowing I’ve got to do them, and I try to get in the right frame of mind. But even after all these years of working out, I still hate it.”
When it comes to diet, he usually watches what he eats. But he admitted that there is a day in a week where he eats what he wants: Sunday. It’s his cheat day. And during Sundays, he said, “I eat whatever I want. If I want a chocolate-covered double cheeseburger, I’ll eat it.” But he admitted, of course, that everything falls in moderation.
