According to the singer during her interview with People magazine, “Ever since Dancing with the Stars, I’ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day – nothing too crazy. My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.”

And what’s her diet secret? The singer reveals that food craving is part of her system. And to get rid of it, she says, “I eat my fattiest meal in the A.M. If I’m craving pizza, I’ll have it for breakfast, salad for lunch and oatmeal for dinner.” Wow, what a strategy!
