The powerhouse singer usually resorts to kick-boxing and running bleachers as her workout routine. According to her trainer Nora James, “I was raised around boxing so that’s always a part of the workout. Lots of strength cardio. There is nothing better than feeling the muscles work and your heartbeat going as if you just got off the treadmill! It is amazing how just the right workout combination can totally change your appearance.”
As for Kelly’s diet, she has her personal chef and maintains an organic diet. She also practices portion control diet in order to attain a leaner body.
