English actress Keira Christina Knightley, famously known as Keira Knightley, was born on March 26, 1985 in Teddington, London, England to parents Sharman Macdonald, a former actress, and Will Knightley, an actor. She started acting when she was still a child. She especially appeared on TV shows. Eventually in the year 1995, Keira was given her film debut in Innocent Lies by which she portrayed as Young Celia. In 1999, she had another film in title Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, a film by which she played as Sabé. When Keira was asked how she came up with a slender and model-type figure, she says she spends at least three days a week and one hour and thirty minutes per day at the gym.
