A renowned health enthusiast, it’s no longer surprising to know how dedicated she is when it comes to taking care of her body. She works out daily and she’s a fan of surfing. She told Fitness magazine, “I love surfing. I started surfing about four years ago; the ocean was a fear of mine and I like to do things to get out of my comfort zone. So, I decided to take a surf lesson and I got obsessed with it, so that’s one of my workouts. And then, I religiously do Tracy Anderson. I love her workouts. And I’m just a really active person; I love to eat, but I love my skinny jeans too, so it’s a trade-off. If I want to eat all that good stuff, I’ve got to workout.”
So what’s her diet before and after workout? “I typically work out in the morning, so I have a light bite beforehand, like a piece of fruit, and I make a green juice,” she explained during her interview with Food Network. “Afterward, I like to have some protein. I make a smoothie with protein powder or tofu, frozen berries, a banana, almond milk, flax seeds, chia seeds and a shot of aloe vera juice.”
