American model and actress Kate Upton was born in St. Joseph, Michigan, U.S. and raised by Shelley Upton and Jeff Upton in Melbourne, Florida on June 10, 1992. Her mother was a Texas state tennis champion and her father was a high school athletics director. Appearing in Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue caught media attention for Kate in 2011, the same year she was entitled as the Rookie of the Year.
