She started gaining fame when she was featured in the Playboy Magazine and was labeled as “Playboy’s sexiest Bartenders” in 2004. She even became more popular when she appeared in the reality TV series The Girls Next Door as well as in Keeping Up with the Kardashians because of her romantic involvement with the TV personality Rob Kardashian in 2008. She had other TV appearances after that, and nowadays she continues to climb the ladder of fame.

Now how does she keep her body well-toned and in tip-top shape? Well, she’s a certified dancer, gymnast, and a fitness enthusiast at the same time. It’s no wonder why her body always appears bangin’ hot! “I do a lot to stay in shape,” said Kara during her interview with the Sun Media. “I work really hard at it actually.” She said that her fitness DVD series also helped her achieve her dream bod. “It’s all-over body toning,” she said, referring to her fitness videos. “I still use it to this day to tone all my bodyparts — arms, abs, legs, glutes, the whole deal. Sometimes I’ll work out six days a week. That way the next week I can do just four days and have a little bit of a break because it does get monotonous when you’re constantly doing the same things over and over. But that’s why I try to switch it up.”

On the other hand, she eats carefully, particularly noting her intake of carbs. “The No. 1 tip I could give people is not to eat carbs at dinner time,” Kara advised. “Eat them early in the day because then you have all day to burn them off. And don’t eat anything after 8 p.m. That’s another thing I do. That makes a huge difference.”
