Kaetlyn Osmond is a Canadian figure skater. She was born on December 5, 1995 in Marystown, Newfoundland, Canada to parents Jeff and Jackie Osmond. She started doing skating when she was three. When she turned ten, she was trained at the Ice Palace Figure Skating Club in Edmonton under the guidance of Ravi Walia with choreography arranged by Lance Vipond. She competed for the senior level competition for the first time in the 2011 – 2012 season, finishing with the bronze medal. She again competed for the next season and eventually won an international title for the first time 2012 Nebelhorn Trophy. Soon after, she joined the 2012 Skate Canada and won the second place. Recently, she joined the 2013 Skate Canada and 2013 Rostelecom Cup but pulled off because of her hamstring injury in the knee. She came back in the 2014 Canadian Championships and successfully bagged the first place in two segments.
Apart from skating, Kaetlyn resorts to Pilates as her means of workout. She usually does a serious training and spends time at the gym for about three hours per day.
For her diet, she maintains a healthy eating habit and does not go to fast food restaurants.
