Julia Carolyn Margaret Morris is an Australian comedian, actress, writer, television presenter, and television producer. She was born on April 20, 1968 in Sydney, Australia. She has worked extensively in Australian television and radio, touring the country with her solo comedy shows. When she was 17, particularly in 1985, she had her first appearance in TV as a contestant on the talent show New Faces.
Now how does Julia keep her body healthy at all times? In one her interviews, she said, “When I’m not filming, I force myself to see a trainer twice a week. It helps to have a gorgeous trainer… You feel so disgusting next to them that it’s a great motivator!”
For her diet, she said she usually just keeps everything in moderation. She also does not eat anything, especially carbs, after 5:00 P.M. “No snacks” are also her number one rule, so basically she just eats three times a day. “So I make those meals count!” she said. “For brekkie, I might have a macadamia-based muesli with a dollop of yoghurt and a coffee. If I’m at home, lunch might be a ham and cheese toastie – because why wouldn’t you? – and if I’m on set I’ll have a hearty stew with a small amount of rice. In between, I’ll have some peppermint tea. For dinner, Dan might make me a big omelette. If we do takeout, I’ll just have one dish for myself and go easy on the rice.”
