Juan Martin del Potro - celebhealthy_comJuan Martín del Potro, often called Delpo, is an Argentine professional tennis player. He was born on September 23, 1988 in Tandil, Argentina. He became most prominent in the sports industry in the year 2009 when he won at the US Open and defeated renowned tennis stars Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. One with both Italian and Spanish ancestry, he was seven years of age when he started playing tennis. That time, he was coached by Marcelo Gómez who also happened to be the coach of  Juan Mónaco, Mariano Zabaleta, and Máximo González. He started to develop his tennis skill when he was discovered by tennis professional Ugo Colombin. In 2002,  he participated at the Orange Bowl 14s title and won. Since then, he eventually became successful.

How does Juan stay fit? Here’s what he shared in one of his interviews: “This week I began rehab and did some light workout.”

As for his diet, he revealed that diet is part of his regimen in order to maintain his weight. “While I start from scratch, I’ve been on a diet to maintain weight,” he said. “I’ll take the time that’s necessary to name my new technical team.”
