JoJo - celebhealthy_comJoJo, known originally as Joanna Noëlle Blagden Levesque, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She was born on December 20, 1990 in Brattleboro, Vermont, United States. She became noticeable in the year 2003 when she joined the competition “America’s Most Talented Kids”. The said competition led her towards being discovered by record producer Vincent Herbert who asked her to audition for Blackground Records. In 2004, she earned her debut album, and since then, she became a remarkable recording artist. Some of her popular songs are “Not That Kinda Girl”, “Weak”, “How to Touch a Girl”, “Beautiful Girls”, and many others.

What is JoJo’s exercise routine? “Typically, I do cardio five times a week and strength training three times,” said the singer. “I also like to switch things up by doing hot Yoga, Pilates on the reformer and boxing when I get the chance. If I’m on the road, we make it a point to stay at hotels with 24-hour gyms. I just fit it in where I can. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the middle of the day, after a show or in the wee hours of the morning if I can’t sleep!”

Now what’s her diet like? “I just try to eat better when I feel I’m gaining weight,” she said. “I’ll have fruit, oatmeal, vegetables and salads with chicken or tuna. I love having dessert, so I’ll do fruit and coffee instead of a sundae or something.” JoJo also shared the foods in her fridge. She said, “Fruit, coconut water, almond milk, leftover Indian food, kale salad, cereal, cookies and lots of popsicles and frozen treats in the freezer. I have a good mix of both healthy and not-so-healthy foods.”
