According to a source, the talented musician’s day usually consists of an early start by going to the gym wherein he spends about 90 minutes doing his fitness routine, sitting down for a proper brunch that usually consists of cheese omelette, going to the recording studio, and indulging on a small cod salad and fruits.

According to him in an interview, “I make an effort to eat healthily, so I have to be strict with the studio team about not bringing in sugary snacks.” Here’s what his dietitian Nigel Denby also said about him: “John shows impressive discipline. He knows what to eat in order to stay in shape, and doesn’t follow any wacky, celeb nutritional nonsense. Chicken and veg is a good choice before he performs; it’s light, but satisfying– enough to keep him going. I’d like to see him have wholegrain cereal and fruit after the gym, otherwise it’s hard to find fault.”
