The daughter of Michael Karslake and Rachel, she is known as an English model, TV personality, and businesswoman. When she was younger, she worked as model until she aged 22. She was particularly labeled as The Sun‘s “Face of 1972”. It was in 1989 when she started her organic lifestyle. She particularly build a business and focused on selling her own range of organic fragrance and body care products. All throughout her business venture, she was able to travel the world and has stayed in a number of places, especially in London, New York, and Los Angeles.

Even at 59, Jo stays in shape by doing certain exercises such as Yoga, biking, and walking on a treadmill. “I think it’s healthy to do a bit of everything,” she told the Daily Mail UK. “You get a stronger heart by using a treadmill and Yoga is good spiritually and for the whole body– I do Ashtanga and Hatha. I also ride my bike around Richmond Park.”

As for her diet, she said, “I make my own muesli with goji berries, blueberries and dried cranberries and have it with goat’s yoghurt and honey. For lunch, I eat protein and carbs on alternate days. I went to the Mayr Health Spa in Austria where I was put on a strict diet and taught how to eat properly.”
