Jim Courier - celebhealthy_comJames Spencer Courier, Jr., better known as Jim Courier, is a former World No. 1 professional tennis player from the United States. He was born on August 17, 1970 in Sanford, Florida, United States to parents Jim Courier and Linda Courier, he earned four Grand Slam singles titles during his career– two at the French Open and two at the Australian Open. The youngest man to have reached the finals of all four Grand Slam singles tournaments, he also earned five Masters 1000 series title. As of 2015, he is the last man to succeed in the Australian Open and French Open in the same calendar year. It was in the year 1988 when his career in the sports industry started to boom. Since then, he became a constant participant in several tennis tournaments.

Jim’s main exercise, is of course, tennis. He also does sprint work and Pilates once in a while. Other than these exercises, he is also often seen engaging in weights in the gym and doing some stretches.

As for his diet, here’s what he said in one of his interviews: “I eat within the parameters of The Zone diet, a healthy mix of carbs, protein and fats… when I’m not cheating on pizza.”
